Human Judgment and Adaptability

Manual tasks more often than not involve human judgement and decision making. This can lead to more nuances when making complex choices.

Unlike AI or automated processes, humans can quickly analyze context and make thorough judgements based on the ever-evolving circumstance which often results in more effective outcomes.

Detection and Correction

Automation processes aim to minimise errors but can often miss unexpected scenarios or situations. A more manual, human control allows for the rapid identification and resolution of such issues which helps prevent any possible for seen setbacks and helps improve consistency and quality.

Creativity and Innovation

Automation often restricts creativity and individual thinking, it stunts the human aspect of creativity which enables us to often explore unconventional solutions to problems. ****They follow defined algorithms and do not leverage creativity to tackle challenges like humans. This often leads to the same output whereas humans using their creativity obtain breakthroughs and advancements of all kinds and all get differing results along the way.

Relationship Building and Personalization

Customer service-related roles, tasks and other tasks involving heavy amounts of interpersonal interactions benefit massively from the human touch. Being able to engage with users manually allows for a much more personalised approach which involves relationship building and being able to foster trust quicker.
